As our Executive Producer, you’ll shape and deliver industry-leading work, and create invaluable partnerships with our clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading high-value projects and programs, both in service of new business and existing client relationships. You’ll drive team efforts to define, create, and deliver solutions that meet our clients’ objectives, while meeting the agency’s bar of exceptional work. You’ll oversee other projects to ensure the same.

Our ideal candidate is a proven leader with a demonstrated history of inspiring best-in-class work and empowered teams. You have deep expertise in the creation of digital experiences, platforms, and activations. You are a strategic thinker, capable of connecting client objectives to smart solutions, with an eye for industry-leading creative ideas, digital craft, and innovation. You are a skillful communicator, expert planner, relationship navigator, and risk mitigator.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of large-scale, complex projects and programs with clear plans, priorities, cross-functional communication, and proactive issue resolution. Shape and deliver solutions that meet client objectives and meet the bar of industry-leading work. Direct the activities of producers assigned to support your projects.
  • Serve as a strategic solution provider to our clients, earning their confidence with deep expertise, skillful communication, and strong relationship management.
  • Lead and manage team members with a clear vision of success, established priorities and goals, and timely direction. Hold team members accountable for their expected outcomes. Develop high-performing team members through regular coaching, feedback, and training. Help identify and recruit top talent to the team.
  • Lead new business proposals and pitches, both for new and existing clients. Proactively develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Drive the development of smart and effective project scopes, timelines, and budgets to maximize client impact and advance agency objectives.
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation across a portfolio of projects, ensuring profitability and expertly-managed resources. Identify vendors and negotiate business terms.
  • Oversee risk management across a portfolio of projects, minimizing potential issues and providing timely guidance and support. Lead risk management for high-stakes projects.
  • Set the highest standard for the agency’s work product and contribute strongly to our culture of exceptional work.
  • Set continually improving standards for best-in-class work and production processes. Drive innovation within projects and across the agency, with a deep understanding of industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

8+ years experience producing digital experiences, platforms, and activations with a portfolio of strong and relevant projects.

Location 

This is a full-time position that can be remote or based in our office in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Remote employees are expected to travel to our office approximately once per quarter. Local employees are expected to work in the office three days per week and may work remotely for the other two. They are also welcome to work remotely for up to two months out of the year.
